The brakes are the standard "s" model calipers, in red. Outstanding braking performance. Exterior: the atlas gray metallic paint (a metallic blue-ish slate gray) is in excellent original condition. Overall, the exterior is in nearly new in condition with only light minimal paint nicks or under bumper scuffs. The leading front of the vehicle has a clear vinyl protectant bra. This vinyl film protects the paint on the front nose bumper, lower part of the hood and mirrors. The power convertible top is easy to operate, tight and in excellent condition. The glass is excellent all around. The standard "s" 18 inch wheels are in excellent condition. Tires are in great condition with about 70% of tread life remaining. That's what i said when i first drove this car. Very tight and smooth one the road. Great road control and comfort behind the steering wheel. With the top up the interior cockpit is quiet and cozy. In my opinion porsche makes a very tight fitting convertible tops, and a top design that is easy to open and close. Looks great top up or down. With the top down, the engine sound is enjoyable, and the wind inside the cockpit is just right for enjoying the top down. The performance of the boxster s is great fun and very entertaining. The road handling is very balanced and communicative to the driver. The nice thing about the porsche boxster or cayman is both are great all around everyday commuters or excellent track day cars.
